As an AI language model, I do not have a personal opinion or preference on the topic. However, I can provide a translation of the text in English for you:
“When the new collection of Katy Perrys OPI nail polishes arrived on our table this week, we knew we were expecting a lot of bright pink and glittery pieces. The bottle that caught our eye is not technically a shade at all. The black polish, called Black Shatter, is actually a textured topcoat (for those who have good memories, it reminds of CoverGirls Crackle Lacquer, which came out briefly in the early 2000s). Apply it to any color, and when it dries, it starts to break apart until it looks like its shattered. The thinner the coat, the more cracks, so you end up creating a pattern almost like leopard print. Brush on a heavier layer and the effect is completely different – the shine underneath peaks through in larger black pieces. We tried a thin coat of Black Shatter (available in January) on top of sparkly gold and we have to say were pretty obsessed with the final results – people have been asking us all week where we got them done (see below). But it also looks great layered on top of colors that arent sparkly – giving all bright shades a punk-y atmosphere. Check out this OPI video and see what it looks like mixed with the rest of Katy Perrys line of polishes.”
